Fred says he doesn't feel any pain and focuses in beating Japan

After the practice in Mané Garrincha Stadium, forward Fred said that he doesn’t feel any pain and that he does not think of becoming de top scorer of Confederations Cup. “What really matters is that the Brazilian team goes well in the competition. This game (against Japan) is importante for the team to warm up.” He also talked about de obligation of beating Japan tomorrow. “There will be only three matches in the elimination fase. It doesn’t cross our minds being defeated. Winning is important to became more confident.”

During the practice, the coach Luiz Felipe Scolari replaced Fred for Jô. Being teammates with Jô in Atlético-MG, forward Bernard aproved the change. “It’s good because we know each other better, mas Felipão is the one that will be deciding. It doesn’t matter who will be my partner in the field, what really matters is that we win.”
